What do I need to apply?
Your LinkedIn profile or a CV, plus a few short answers. A cover letter is optional; if you send one, it gets read. Documents like ID and certificates only come at enrolment, after admission.
What's the weekly schedule?
Fridays 16:30–20:00 and Saturdays 9:00–13:00, September to June, in Lisbon. We built it to work around a full-time job. Nearly everyone keeps their job through the program.
Can I do this from Porto?
Yes, with planning. Classes sit in two blocks a week, so weekly commuting is workable. Last year a student did it from Porto every week, and others relocated to Portugal for the program. The program is in person by design, so remote attendance isn't a regular option. The people who get the most out of it treat the two blocks as fixed in their calendars. What does the scholarship cover, exactly?
Full tuition is €10,000. The Santander scholarship covers €7,350 for the first batch of admitted candidates, so you or your employer pay €2,650. Installment plans are possible. The scholarship is confirmed during enrolment on Santander Open Academy.
Why do I enrol through Santander Open Academy?
The Foundation funds the scholarships, and enrolment runs on their platform. After your offer letter, we'll send you a step-by-step guide. It takes about 15 minutes, and that's where you upload your documents.
What are the admission requirements?
Residency in Portugal (temporary or permanent), a licenciatura or higher degree, and intermediate English. The programs are built for working professionals, so relevant experience weighs more than credentials.
